Recreational Gymnastics Classes

We believe in providing top-notch gymnastics classes for children of all ages and levels. Our classes are designed to cater to all ages and levels. With experienced and certified instructors, we create a safe and nurturing environment for your child to develop their gymnastics skills and build their confidence. Whether your gymnast is beginner or advanced, our comprehensive program ensures they receive the personalized attention they need to excel.

Beginner Gymnastics

Kindergarten and up (60 minutes)


Beginner gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. Class time is spent working on beginner skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are one hour long. Each level has 15 core skills that must be mastered before moving to the next level. Examples of some core beginner skills are cartwheel, handstand, bridge, position jumps and pullover.

Advanced Beginner Gymnastics

6 years and up (60 minutes)


Advanced beginner gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to develop their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on advanced beginner skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are one hour long. Each level has 15 core skills that must be mastered before moving to the next level. Examples of some core advanced beginner skills are bridge kickover, back hip circle, connected position jumps, run hurdle cartwheel and roundoff.

Intermediate Gymnastics

6 years and up (60 minutes)


Intermediate gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to develop their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on intermediate skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 1 hour long. Each level has 15 core skills that must be mastered before moving to the next level. Examples of some core intermediate skills are handstand forward roll to cartwheel, run hurdle roundoff rebound backward roll to pushup, front limber and back walkover.

Advanced Gymnastics

7 years and up (75 minutes)


Advanced gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to develop their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on advanced skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 75 minutes long. Each level has 15 core skills that must be mastered before moving to the next level. Examples of some core advanced skills are front handspring, back handspring and front tuck on floor.

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

Elite Gymnastics

8 years and up (75 minutes)


Elite gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to develop their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on Elite skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 75 minutes long. Elite focuses on connected skills. Some examples of connected skills are round off back handspring back tuck, handstand back walkover on beam and glide kip cast back hip circle squat on on bars.
